This website is run by FIRST CLASS FACILITY SERVICES LLC, doing business as 1st Class Restoration, a 1st Class Facility Services brand. "We", "us" and "our" mean FIRST CLASS FACILITY SERVICES LLC. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

• The information on this site is general. It isn't a quote, an inspection or professional advice about your property.
• Please give us accurate contact details when you request service, and only enter a phone number that is yours or that you're allowed to use.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam, trying to break in, or copying our content or photos for commercial use.

Estimates and work

On-site estimates are free. Prices, scope and timing for any job are set in a written estimate or agreement after we see the property, and that document governs the work. We don't handle insurance claims for you. If you plan to file a claim, we can give you our job paperwork to submit yourself.

What we text you about

When you opt in, we send messages about your property and your job only:

• replies to your call, text or service request;
• scheduling, and appointment and job updates;
• quote follow-ups; and
• a request for a review after a job.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website's request form, or by texting us first. Checking the box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can still call us, email us or hire us without agreeing to texts.

• Message frequency varies. It depends on your request and where your job stands.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then we'll stop. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (728) 233-1041 or email dan@1stclassfs.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
• Texts are sent to U.S. mobile numbers. If you change or give up your number, please let us know so we don't text the new owner.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limits on our liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using this website or from relying on its general information. This doesn't limit anything agreed in a written estimate or agreement for your job.

Governing law

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
