Local risks
Many Boca Raton homes and condos sit empty for months at a time while their owners are away. A slow leak or a failed AC in an empty home can turn into a mold problem before anyone notices. We serve Boca Raton homes, condos, HOAs and commercial properties on both sides of I-95.

Mold remediationAlong A1A and the Intracoastal, one burst pipe or overflowing washer can reach several floors. Associations and managers need the source found and every affected unit dried.
Leaks from the unit upstairsIn gated communities west of I-95, large homes with several AC systems, ice makers, wet bars and long supply lines give small leaks more places to hide behind cabinets and under floors.
Homes & buildings
Oceanfront and Intracoastal condos, 1920s Mizner-era homes in Old Floresta, canal-front homes in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, large gated golf communities to the west, and offices around Glades Road and the Town Center area.
Properties east of US-1 and along the Intracoastal, Lake Boca and the canals have the most exposure to tidal flooding and storm surge, and many sit in FEMA flood zones. West Boca's risk is mostly heavy rain and wind: roofs, windows and drainage that can't keep up.
