Who we are

This website and our text messaging program are operated by FIRST CLASS FACILITY SERVICES LLC, doing business as 1st Class Restoration, a 1st Class Facility Services brand. We provide water damage, mold, storm, fire and sewage cleanup and restoration services in Palm Beach County and Broward County, Florida. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean FIRST CLASS FACILITY SERVICES LLC.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to help with your property. That can include:

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
• Property details: the service address, city or ZIP, property type, and what happened (for example, where the leak is or where you see mold).
• Messages: anything you send us through our website form, by text, by email or by phone, including photos you choose to share.
• Job records: appointments, quotes, invoices and notes about the work we do for you.
• Basic technical data: when you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you came from.

We collect this information when you fill out a form on our site, call or text us, email us, or hire us for a job.

How we use it

• To respond to your service request and answer your questions.
• To schedule inspections and appointments, and send appointment and job updates.
• To prepare quotes and follow up on them.
• To do the work, keep job records and handle billing.
• To ask for feedback or a review after a job.
• To keep our website working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

Your mobile number and text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number to text you about your service request, scheduling, appointment and job updates, quote follow-ups and review requests. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The sharing described in the next section does not include your text messaging opt-in data or consent.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us, such as:

• our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we keep track of requests, appointments and follow-ups;
• our phone and texting provider, which carries our calls and text messages;
• our website hosting provider; and
• the email, accounting and payment tools we use for quotes and invoices.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. In that case, this policy continues to apply to your information.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our website uses only what it needs to work. Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third-party font service. Our request form may be provided by our CRM provider, which can use cookies to make the form work and to record which page a request came from.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking. It uses cookies to tell us when a visitor who clicked one of our ads calls us or sends a request, so we can see which ads work. For those visitors the phone number on the site may show as a Google forwarding number that rings our line. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy, and you can turn off personalized ads in your Google account's ad settings. We never share your mobile number or text messaging consent through these tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep accurate job and business records, and meet tax and legal requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use password-protected business accounts and trusted providers, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

• Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
• See, correct or delete your information: contact us using the details below. We'll confirm the request is really from you, then take care of it. We may need to keep some records the law requires us to keep.
• Stop emails or calls: tell us, and we'll stop.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
