How it works
Tell us what happened. We'll ask a few quick questions and tell you what to do until we get there.
Find the source and map the moisture, including behind walls and under floors.
Stop the water, set up containment where it's needed and protect what isn't damaged.
Remove water and damaged materials and dry the structure. Any mold work follows Florida's licensing rules.
Confirm materials are dry and clean, and walk you through what was done and what comes next.
Who we serve
We grew up doing commercial facility work as 1st Class Facility Services, and we bring the same standard to every home and condo.
Service area
A local team that knows South Florida's water: king tides, summer downpours, hurricane season and year-round humidity.
We also serve parts of Miami-Dade County. Not sure if you're in our area? Call and ask.

Yes. Our founder holds a Florida Mold Assessor license (MRSA5754) and a Florida Mold Remediator license (MRSR5743) from the Florida DBPR. Florida requires these licenses for mold assessment and remediation of areas larger than 10 square feet, and we offer them as separate services.
Not on the same property within 12 months. Florida law (s. 468.8419, F.S.) keeps mold assessment and mold remediation separate so testing stays honest. We'll tell you which one you need and help you find an independent licensed pro for the other.
Yes. We come out, look at the damage and give you a free on-site estimate before any work starts. For mold, an estimate for remediation work isn't a mold assessment. Assessment is a separate service under Florida law.
No. You pay us directly, and we don't bill insurance companies or handle insurance claims. We provide the documentation you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Not before you stop the water. Many homeowners policies list protecting the property from further damage as one of your duties after a loss, so shut off the water and get drying started. Whether and when to file a claim is between you and your insurer, so check your policy or call your agent.
No. We handle water removal, drying, cleanup, board-up and mold work. We don't do rebuild, reconstruction, drywall or flooring replacement, or roofing, so you'll use a licensed contractor for repairs once the space is dry and clean.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance.
The U.S. EPA advises drying water-damaged materials within 24 to 48 hours to help prevent mold growth. In South Florida's heat and humidity, it's worth calling the same day. See water damage restoration for what happens next.
