The terms for using this website, requesting service, and getting text messages from us.

## Using this website

-   The information on this site is general. It isn't a quote, an inspection or professional advice about your property.
-   Please give us accurate contact details when you request service, and only enter a phone number that is yours or that you're allowed to use.
-   Don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam, trying to break in, or copying our content or photos for commercial use.

## Estimates and work

On-site estimates are free. Prices, scope and timing for any job are set in a written estimate or agreement after we see the property, and that document governs the work. We don't handle insurance claims for you. If you plan to file a claim, we can give you our job paperwork to submit yourself.

When you opt in, we send messages about your property and your job only:

-   replies to your call, text or service request;
-   scheduling, and appointment and job updates;
-   quote follow-ups; and
-   a request for a review after a job.

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website's request form, or by texting us first. Checking the box is optional. **Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.** You can still call us, email us or hire us without agreeing to texts.

-   **Message frequency varies.** It depends on your request and where your job stands.
-   **Message and data rates may apply.** Check your mobile plan for details.
-   **Reply STOP to opt out** at any time. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then we'll stop. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.

-   **Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.**
