What to expect when you agree to get text messages from us, and how to stop them any time.

## What we text you about

When you opt in, we send messages about your property and your job only:

-   replies to your call, text or service request;
-   scheduling, and appointment and job updates;
-   quote follow-ups; and
-   a request for a review after a job.

## How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website's request form, or by texting us first. Checking the box is optional. **Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.** You can still call us, email us or hire us without agreeing to texts.

## The details

-   **Message frequency varies.** It depends on your request and where your job stands.
-   **Message and data rates may apply.** Check your mobile plan for details.
-   **Reply STOP to opt out** at any time. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then we'll stop. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.
-   **Reply HELP for help**, or call [(728) 233-1041](tel:+17282331041) or email [dan@1stclassfs.com](mailto:dan@1stclassfs.com).
-   **Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.**
-   You must be **18 or older** to opt in to text messages.
-   Texts are sent to U.S. mobile numbers. If you change or give up your number, please let us know so we don't text the new owner.
